Both charcoal and pen are some of my favorite mediums for artwork. Although in grayscale rather than color, charcoal and ink drawings draw the viewer into the shapes and textures of the subject in a compelling way (much like a black and white photo!). Subjects include but are not limited to: animals and pet portraits, house portraits, nursery prints, floral prints.
